Last weekend we had a visit from our wonderful friends, the Morgans. They came over for dinner and games and then went to their hotel. The next morning went and spent the day in Seattle. We paid the outrageous amount of money to go to the top of the Space Needle. (Something I had never done before.) And within 5 minutes of being at the top my kids started whining about being cold and hungry.
We did get an awesome group picture on the way up. Although, something about it reminds me of Monster's Inc..... and I love the see-through coat! This picture looks totally realistic, don't you think?
We then ate lunch and took the monorail to Pike's Place Market. The kids enjoyed the ride and were happier once they got some food in them.
We then walked around the water front and rode a carousel. The kids had fun chasing birds and eating their way through Pike's Place. Unfortunately we didn't get very good pictures. We didn't get any pictures of the kids together! But, we had a great time. Thanks for coming to visit, Kyle and Diane!
