Jaxson's 1st ER Visit

Jaxson was being really silly the other night because my mom came to visit and he jumped on the couch and hit his head on the arm of the couch. It wouldn't have been too bad but he bit his tongue. Really bad! It was bleeding like crazy and looked like a really big gash. Steve called the doctor and he said to take him to the ER just in case they need to stitch it. They didn't. We waited two hours and they said it would heal on it's own and to just feed him soft foods for the next couple days. It looks better now (two days later.)But it's still quite a big cut. It doesn't seem to bother him at all, even when eating. Oh, Thank Heaven for busy little boys, and for Emergency Room Doctors!
