Jakob is growing way too fast for my liking. It has gone by so much faster with the third child. At his 9 month check up he was 27.5 inches tall and weighed 18lbs 7oz. He is smaller than average but he is our biggest baby by far! We call him our future football player. He loves the bath, chasing the cat, and eating. His favorite toy is blocks or necklaces and he grabs everything so if you're wearing earrings watch out! He is army crawling, waving, and saying "Mama" and "Dada". He has stopped nursing (sniff) and he loves to feed himself. Although he doesn't have any teeth yet so he has a hard time eating things other than baby food, crackers, and bread. He is working on getting from his knees to sitting and he is trying to pull himself up to standing. He sometimes gets stuck in between furniture and can only move backwards in his walker. He puts himself to sleep (he has been for a while) and he sleeps 12 hours at night. Finally!!! He is still very sweet and mild tempered and he prefers his Mommy more than anyone else. We love having him in our family. He is just so darn cute I could kiss his cheeks all day!
