Easter Egg Hunt

Today we went to an Easter Egg Hunt at our local Fire Station. Jaxson only got one egg. We practiced finding eggs at home and putting them in his bucket because I was afraid that all the other kids would be too fast and for him. And despite our practice, that's what happened. He was at a disadvantage though. The egg hunt was for ages three and under and well a lot of the other kids were really "tall" for their age! And I didn't realize how many parents were actually doing the hunting for their kids. Good thing Jaxson didn't mind. He ended up with three eggs because someone shared with him.
He was most excited about the Fire Trucks and got his own tour before the other kids made it back to the station. He colored a picture, took some pictures with the Easter Bunny, and ate some food. I think he had fun. We'll just keep practicing until Easter gets here! Jaxson and his friend Samantha The Easter Bunny Jaxson's Favorite part, getting to drive the Fire Truck!
Here's Jaxson in action! Go, Jaxson, Go!
